Create intuitive interfaces that integrate seamlessly into CommBank's existing digital ecosystem. Balance business requirements with user needs and simplify the traditionally complex insurance application process.

Design process

I worked closely with the Senior UX Designer, stakeholders, and the Petsure design team to deliver the end-to-end digital experience for CommBank customers to access pet insurance services. I managed close collaboration across teams to meet tight timelines.

Outcomes and results

The product launched successfully within planned timeline establishing CommBank's entry into the pet insurance market. Proved streamlined user experience contributed to strong initial adoption rates. The project positioned the bank moving forward to capture value in the growing pet care economy.

This product was awarded a Mozo recognition for "Exceptional Quality Pet Insurance".
